Beverley Kids After School Art Class Term 4
Description
Give your child the chance to get creative after school with our Term 4 art program from Beverley Station Arts.
Designed for ages 8-12, this is an 8-week course running Tuesdays from 3:30 - 5:00PM, October 13th to December 1st at Studio 119 on Vincent Street.
Each term will cover a new artistic medium, with term 4 focusing on jewellery making.
Students will work on several projects over the term both small and large, including beading, badge making, shrinkies, and more!
More than just a class, this program encourages kids to think and work like real artists, culminating in the exciting opportunity to exhibit their work in a gallery setting at the end of term.
Thanks to support from the Government of Western Australia, fees are heavily subsidised at just $10 per class (normally $30).
The program will be led by local Beverley artists from Studio 119, with the Term 4 syllabus created by Rebecca Buglass of R Luck Designs.
Rebecca is a contemporary jeweller, designer, and fine artist based in Beverley. She creates handmade jewellery in a range of materials and styles and is also skilled in restoring and remaking vintage jewellery pieces.
With limited places available and high demand expected, we encourage early registration to avoid disappointment.
