KIDS ART CLASS on Saturdays @ Henderson Library

Welcome to creative, fun, safe and inclusive brand new Kids Art Class – Regular Programme at Waitākere Central Library. This weekly class runs every Saturday from 2.30pm to 3.30pm, starting 07th March, and is designed to inspire imagination, confidence, and a love for art.

Led by an experienced tutor artist, children will explore drawing, painting, mixed media, and imaginative art projects through engaging, hands-on activities. Each session supports individual creativity while gently building fine skills, visual awareness, focus, and creative thinking. The programme welcomes beginners as well as children who already enjoy art and want to develop their skills further.

What makes this class special is its warm, supportive atmosphere where every child feels encouraged to express ideas freely, make new friends, and enjoy creating art together along with their mums and dads. A wonderful weekly creative session that nurtures confidence, curiosity, and artistic growth of children. 🎨 Only $5.00 per child payable by cash at the class session, Envelope is provided with Fees Card and Time Table the parent can send money through the Child. Art Supplies will be provided free for each class session.
