FAQs

• What is the maximum number of kids allowed?

  Maximum 20 children allowed; the package includes 15 children, and any additional children (up to the maximum of 20) must be paid for at the Front Desk on the day of the party.

• Can the siblings join?

  Maximum of 20 children can participate in the activity. Siblings are welcome to attend provided they do not participate in the activity and are supervised by an accompanying adult.

• When do the bookings open?

  Bookings go live at the start of each month for dates up to three months in advance.

• Are decorations allowed?

  Yes, you are more than welcome to decorate the room. We also have two pin boards available for displaying information, decorations, photos etc. Please be mindful of removing all decorations and disposing of any rubbish in the bins provided after the party.

• What options are there for food and catering?

  Bring your own food and drink or talk to our friendly onsite partners The Ginger Group about their children’s party packages.

  The Terrace Room has a small kitchenette including a bar fridge. Coffee and refreshments can be purchased at Arboretum Café in the Village Centre from 9am - 4pm daily.

  Hand sanitiser is available for your use and handwashing facilities and bathrooms are available in the Terrace Room. All facilities will be cleaned between hire.
