   Monday 16th at the Paintbox: Air Dry Clay Owl jars, 10 - 12 ticket

   In this fun air dry clay session you will learn how to design and mould a jar in the shape of an owl or other bird. You can decorate your jar with clay tools adding texture for feathers etc and by using different coloured natural clays. You can choose to paint and seal your jar at home once it has dried. Recommended for ages 6+

   Tuesday 17th at the Paintbox December: Folk patterned bird bunting, 2 - 4 ticket

   Get in the Festive season spirit and learn to make folk patterned bunting to decorate your house with. The theme will be flying birds and you can choose to make individually painted birds to attach to bunting chord or you can make a repeated pattern of the same bird shape. You will also learn how to paint folk designs on to your birds using gouache paints. Recommended age 8+ (younger ages please contact to me to discuss suitability)

   Wednesday 18th at Crafers Hall: Embossed tin foil insect cards, 10 - 12 ticket

   Join me for a fun metal embossing class! Using the insect world for inspiration you will learn how to draw your chosen insect onto tin foil, emboss it to make all of it's details stand out and then add colours with sharpies. You can then choose to mount your insect onto card as a many artwork or gift for someone. Insects can also be cut out from their backgrounds and turned into hanging decorations. Recommended for ages 7+

   Thursday 19th December: Fabric printing, 10 - 12 ticket

   Learn to design and make your own Fabric printing stamps using wood block offcuts and printing craft foam. Once you have designed and made your stamps you can print as much fabric as you like. As part of the class each child will receive a tote bag to print on, but they are free to bring along their own clothes, pillow cases or other kids of fabric to print on. The fabric must be smooth cotton or linen. Recommended ages 6+ This class is adaptable to all ages. Please specify if your child is younger than 7 but confident to attend for 1.5 hrs.
