Kids Drawing Classes - Term 1 2025

Join us for Term 1 Kids and Teens Drawing Class! 

The term will begin February 6th 4:30pm - 5:30pm and will run each Thursday through to April 10th. 

Week 1: Fantasy Creatures with Charcoal – Draw dragons, unicorns, and other mythical beasts using charcoal for dramatic shading and textures.

Week 2: Outer Space Adventures – Explore planets, rockets, and alien landscapes using sketching techniques, focusing on imaginative design and perspective.

Week 3: Cartooning & Comic Art – Create simple cartoon characters and comics, working on expressions and dynamic poses.

Week 4: Superhero Art with Crayons & Pencils – Create dynamic, textured superhero characters using layering techniques with crayons and pencils to bring them to life in 3D.

Week 5: Anime & Manga Basics – Dive into anime-style character drawing, focusing on expressive eyes and unique facial features.

Week 6: Animal Portraits – Draw favourite animals, mastering techniques for fur, feathers, and realistic textures.

Week 7: Drawing Landscapes – Learn to draw mountains, trees, and rivers, adding fun details to create your own nature scene.

Week 8: Dreamy Worlds – Mix real and imaginary things to draw a fun, dream-like picture, using your favourite colours and shapes.

Week 9 & 10: Final Project - The students will use their new skills to create a personalised final project of their choice.
