🎄 Kids Christmas Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop

Little hands, big imaginations and a whole lot of Christmas fun!

Get ready for a fun-filled afternoon of Christmas creativity with The Icing Collective!

In this hands-on workshop, kids will decorate their very own gingerbread house using colourful icing, lollies, sprinkles and plenty of festive decorations.

Each child will receive their own pre-baked and assembled gingerbread house, ready to transform into something wonderfully colourful, creative and completely their own!

Whether they love getting crafty, enjoy baking or just can't resist a good sprinkle-covered creation, this workshop is all about having fun and letting their imaginations run wild.

No experience needed! I'll be there to help with decorating tips, ideas and a little guidance along the way.

And don't worry — we're not looking for perfect gingerbread houses here! Wonky windows, crooked doors and roofs absolutely covered in lollies are all part of the fun!

• Location: Central Darfield (venue details provided after booking)

• Cost: $45 per child

• Duration: 2 hours

• Suitable for: Children aged 5 years and over

• Spaces: Maximum 10 children

All gingerbread houses are prepared in a commercial kitchen by a qualified baker, so the kids can simply arrive, get creative and enjoy themselves!

Everything is supplied — just bring your little decorator and their imagination!

A few things to know

Workshops are kept small, with a maximum of 10 children, so everyone has plenty of room to create and receive help along the way.

This workshop is suitable for children aged 5 years and over. Younger children may need a little extra assistance with some decorating activities.

A minimum of 6 bookings is required for the workshop to go ahead.

The photos are for inspiration only. Every gingerbread house will be different, and that's part of the fun!

If your child has any food allergies or dietary requirements, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss these.

Cancellations & refunds

We understand that plans sometimes change!

If you need to cancel, refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop. After this time, tickets are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, but you're welcome to transfer the place to another child aged 5 or over — just let us know.

If we need to cancel the workshop for any reason, including not reaching minimum numbers, you'll receive a full refund.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and other applicable consumer laws are not affected.

💗 A little Christmas magic to take home!

This is a chance for the kids to get creative, try something new and have plenty of fun along the way.

There'll be colourful icing, lots of lollies, a little bit of mess and hopefully plenty of giggles!

And the best part? They'll head home with their very own decorated gingerbread house to proudly show off to family and friends.

Whether it's a carefully decorated Christmas cottage or a colourful creation with more lollies than gingerbread showing, it'll be something they've made themselves!
