Kids Holiday Session - Make your own clay name plate- 9+ years

Get messy with us and delve into the world of clay. Design and make your very own name plate, add some quirky details related to You and if there  is time, add a layer or two of paint as well!

We will fire it for you  to make it nice and strong, and also do a 2nd firing to add a clear glaze to make it nice and shiny!

With Clay - there is ALWAYS a risk that it can explode in the kiln. If this happens, we will provide you with clay again and you can remake it using the skills you have learned in the workshop. 

Need to know:
* Aprons needed as your child will get dirty
* Parents need to remain in the centre while the workshop is running as our tutor will focus on helping students.
* This is a 2 hour slot for your child to create their masterpiece in - some kids might work fast and finish quick and others might work in a more detailed manner. 
* Younger kids can make this as well with active help from parents

Collection info:
Your clay item will be ready after three weeks and can be collected between the 10th February to the 28th February. Please note that we DO NOT remind you to come and collect your items, please put a reminder in your calendar. 

Entrance to our venue is from the carpark at the back of 5 Mackinnon street, Rockingham.
