Event description

Where do native bees like to live? What do they like to eat? And how can you bring them into your garden? Join Yann Toussaint as we learn how to build insect hotels and make our gardens more bee friendly.

This hands on insect and native bee hotel workshop is aimed at 8 to 12 year olds. Each participant will make a 'hotel' out of upcycled materials that they can take home for their garden, along with advice on how to attract pollinators and other beneficial insects to the garden. All materials supplied.

Children must be accompanied by an adult - accompanying adult tickets are free.
