A calming nature based after school craft & mindfulness session for kids to slow down,

get creative and explore tools and techniques that ground, calm and support their wellbeing

This program is perfect for families wanting to

🌈 The session will finish with a mindful reflection and relaxation activity plus take home resource to continue to practice at home

Time 3:30–4:45 PM

Location: Wynnum Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre

* Afternoon Tea (children can eat at their leisure)

* Pre Applied Sunscreen & Bug Repellant (recommended)

School clothes are fine however we will be getting crafty so consider a change of clothes if paint or glue is a problem

We are so lucky to have a beautiful space under the trees and by the creek to explore, relax and get crafty

Parents are required to stay for the duration of the activity for children under 7 years of age

A waiver form must be completed prior to your first session and children must be signed in and out
