Join 'Body Expression, Yoga, and Creativity' for a unique combination of physical activities, yoga, and art, all in Spanish. This interactive workshop for children fosters creativity, physical activity, and emotional management through fun and engaging sessions. Perfect for young learners to explore and enjoy art in a supportive environment!

In this workshop children will enjoy an hour filled with activities designed to foster creativity, physical activity, and emotional management. This workshop integrates yoga techniques and body expression to help children explore and express their emotions through movement and art.

Tutor Stefania Luz Bratin is a psychomotor therapist, dance therapist, and writer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to live in various places with her family, which has enriched her perspective and inspired her creative work.

Stefania is passionate about exploring the connections between movement, therapy, and storytelling, and is dedicated to sharing her experiences and insights with others. Through her work, Stefania’s aim is to promote holistic well-being and personal growth in individuals and communities.

This workshop is subsidized thanks to funding from the Creative Communities Scheme, so you only pay $15 per person (with a booking fee of) instead of $48! Fabulous!
