KIDS WORKSHOP: Create a Ceramic Coral Reef

Dive into artmaking these school holidays and create a ceramic coral reef in the CMAG Studio! Using airdrying clay, participants will be supported to develop their own reef-inspired sculpture using basic construction techniques and hand modelling skills.

We will use images of oceanscapes, aquatic plants and marine life to help inspire and to create your own organic form. The workshop will include a walk through the Resonance: Art as the Voice of Nature exhibition to see the different ways artists respond to the natural world.

Suitable for 8 years and over. Parents and carers can accompany children free of charge.
