Kids yoga adventure

A yoga journey for the parents and kiddies.
 Join us over the school holidays for a magical Yoga adventure with your little ones! 

We’ll explore fun and simple breathing techniques and poses that you can both enjoy and practice together at home.

We will also be doing some partner Yoga so you can enjoy this ancient practice with your little ones and have fun together.

Just one ticket needed per family.
 
This special session will take place under the trees at Poseidon Park. 

Just bring a yoga mat or blanket for you and your child, and get ready for a fun experience in nature 🌳
