Join us for a magical Yoga adventure with your little ones! 

We’ll explore fun and simple breathing techniques and poses that you can both enjoy and practice together at home. 

This special session will take place under the trees at Poseidon Park. 

Just bring a yoga mat or blanket for you and your child, and get ready for a fun experience in nature 🌳
