Why Kids' Yoga? Yoga gives children wonderful tools to navigate their growing bodies and big emotions in a supportive, non competitive space. Key benefits include:

Physical Strength & Flexibility: Builds motor skills, balance and spatial awareness through creative movement.
Focus & Regulation: Teaches simple breathwork and mindfulness techniques to soothe anxiety and improve concentration.
Confidence & Self-Expression: Encourages self-esteem, body awareness and mindfulness.

Space on the mats is limited, so reserve a spot today to support a great cause.

A Note for Caregivers: Participant-Only Space

To help our young yogis stay focused, fully engage with the practice and keep background noise to a minimum, this class is for participants only. Caregivers not participating are invited to relax in our courtyard area during the session to give the kids a quiet, focused space to practice while you enjoy a warm cup of complimentary tea or coffee and take a well deserved breather.
