When: Wednesday, 7th October
Time: Arrive at 9:45 AM to get settled on your mats for a 10:00 AM start (1 hour class)

Age Group: 4 – 12 years old
Cost: $10 per Child/Adult
What to Bring: A water bottle and a morning tea lunch box for your child to enjoy after class in the courtyard.

A Note for Caregivers: Participants Only Space To help our young yogis stay focused, fully engage with the practice and keep background noise to a minimum, this class is for participants only. Caregivers are invited to relax in our courtyard area during the session to give the kids a quiet, focused space to practice while you enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee and take a well deserved breather.
