KidsFest tickets go on sale 9am, Thursday 13 June.

Grab your pens, because we are about to embark on a journalling journey that is not just about keeping secrets. Nope, it is about discovering the incredible therapeutic power of writing and how it can be your secret weapon in navigating the ups and downs of teenage life.

Journalling is like a magical mirror that reflects your thoughts, feelings, and dreams. It is a great tool for stress relief, self-discovery, problem solving, emotional release and goalsetting.

It is also heaps of fun.
