Where are you and your farm at now?
How well do you and your partners know your farm and your business, and its fitness for the future?
Kicking off in November 2021, this project will guide eligible Kangaroo Island Farm Businesses through a needs assessment, to help determine priority training in:
- farm business planning
- risk management
- natural resource management
- personal and social resilience.
Participating in this project gives you access to a range of subsidised mentoring and training of up to $10,000 per participant and up to 2 participants per business.
WHEN:
Workshop 1 - delivered over 2 days
Monday 29th & Tuesday 30th November 2021
Location: Penneshaw or Kingscote
Or
Wednesday 1st & Thursday 2nd December 2021
Location: Parndana
Followed by
Workshop 2 - one day - mid-2022
Venues – at a range of locations across Kangaroo Island.
Expressions of interest close 17 November 2021.
This project is being delivered by Coo-ee Collective in partnership with the Department of Primary Industries and
Regions. It is jointly funded by the South Australian and Australian Governments under the National Disaster
Recovery Funding Arrangements, including the Local Economic Recovery Program.
