Through the alchemy of plant medicine and the wisdom of the 5 Elements (TCM) — Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal—we weave a tapestry of remembrance, honoring the sacred bond between our inner and outer ecosystems.

This is a homecoming to your wild, elemental self—a soft yet powerful unfolding where breath and body merge with the rhythms of the earth, inviting you to reconnect, restore, and remember.

Weaving sound as a sacred guide, we will journey beyond the surface—anchoring intention, stillness, and transformation deep within our cells and DNA. Each vibration acts as a key, unlocking pathways to healing, integration, and profound connection. Through the resonance of carefully chosen tones and frequencies, we invite the body and mind to release, restore, and remember its innate wisdom, creating a space for deep alignment and transformation.
