We’re entering the final phase of the lunar cycle - a time to exhale the weight of what’s complete, honour the lessons, and return to clarity within.

Through guided breathwork, sound, and embodied presence, you’ll be invited to soften the grip of doing and reconnect to the quiet knowing beneath it all.

This evening is an offering of release and renewal - a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and realign with your natural rhythm before the next cycle begins.

Ceremonial Cacao to open the heart and invite gentle emotional release.
A guided breathwork journey to clear tension, stagnation, and energetic heaviness.
Crystal sound bowls to harmonize the nervous system and deepen integration.
Somatic grounding and stillness practices to restore calm and presence.
An energetic cleanse aligned with the waning Virgo moon - supporting closure, reflection, and renewal.
A sacred, nurturing space to remember your rhythm, reconnect with your body, and prepare for what’s next.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centred - open to the quiet clarity of what is ready to emerge as the new moon approaches.
