Join Kinaway for an education session on the "Voice to Parliament” – a crucial and dynamic aspect of modern governance. This Lunch and Learn session will provide the facts around what Australia will be voting on come October 14th.
This informative session will cover:
- Conor’s story and his people
- The Uluru Statement from the heart and how it relates to the Voice
- The proposed constitutional change and how it may form an Indigenous advisory body
- Matters that concern Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People
- A safe space for Q&A

About Conor Bowden:
Conor Bowden is a Tagalaka and Gumatj man and future educator. The Hands on the Heart Youth Voice Conference empowered Conor to share his lived experience in remote communities and around Indigenous politics.
He is a firm believer that the right information is crucial to understanding and overcoming any adversity. In this strain, he is a believer in positive public understanding and open conversation regarding the truth of the 2023 referendum.
