Event description

A transformative workshop of exploration and connection as we dive deep into finding flow of both body and mind. This workshop weaves together various elements of movement, breath work, and playful engagement, fostering a supportive community atmosphere where we share laughter, movement, and kai.

Engage in a dynamic flow sequence that integrates yoga, dance, and body awareness exercises. We’ll explore how to tap into our innate rhythm, flow and breath.

Participate in fun, community-building games designed to break the ice and foster connections. These activities encourage trust, collaboration, and joy, allowing participants to step outside of their comfort zones in a playful way.

Designed to encourage experiences in a safe and welcoming environment.

For anybody looking to deepen their mind-body connection, regardless of experience level. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to movement and breath practices, this workshop is designed for all.
