Kindred Soul Circle with Lisa Brandis
Description
Have you ever known something before you could explain why?
Maybe you've had a feeling about a person, a decision or a situation — only to second-guess yourself, talk yourself out of it or look to someone else for reassurance.
And later you've thought, “I knew that.”
That inner knowing is your intuition.
But learning to recognise it — and trust it — can take practice, especially when fear, overthinking, other people's opinions and self-doubt get in the way.
Kindred Soul Circle is a relaxed, in-person evening exploring intuition, self-trust and the wisdom we already carry within us.
Our first gathering is centred around self-trust.
Together, we'll explore what it means to trust yourself, how intuition can show up in everyday life, why we sometimes override what we know, and how we can begin building a stronger relationship with our own inner guidance.
I'll be joined by guest speakers sharing real stories of moments when they had to learn to trust themselves — including the times they didn't — and what those experiences taught them.
I'll also guide you through an intuitive healing experience designed to help you slow down, come out of your thinking mind and reconnect with your own inner knowing.
There will be time for conversation and connection, but there's absolutely no pressure to share. You are welcome to participate, listen, reflect or simply enjoy being in the room.
This evening is for you if:
You often second-guess yourself or look to others for reassurance.
You've had intuitive feelings or “just knew” something but weren't sure whether to trust it.
You'd like to understand your intuition more deeply.
You're interested in personal or spiritual development.
You want to feel more confident making decisions that are right for you.
You'd love to meet other open-minded people and have meaningful conversations beyond the usual small talk.
You don't need any previous experience with intuition, Reiki, healing or spiritual development.
You only need to be curious.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What is Kindred Soul Circle?
It's an in person gathering for people who want real connection, not surface level small talk. All are welcome, and you're warmly invited to bring a partner if you'd like to share the evening together. Each evening centres on a different theme, this first one is Self Trust.
- Do I need any experience with energy work or spirituality to attend?
No. This circle is open to everyone, whether you're new to this space or you've been on the path for years. You just need to be open to connection and reflection.
- What actually happens on the night?
People sharing personal stories on the theme of self trust, a guided healing transmission, and space to connect with others in the circle. It's relational and experiential rather than a lecture.
- What should I bring?
Just yourself. Wear something comfortable, and feel free to bring a journal, a cushion or blanket if you'd like to lie down during the healing, and a water bottle.
- Will there be an opportunity to talk about my own experiences?
Yes, there'll be space to share if you feel moved to, though nothing is required. You're welcome to simply listen and receive.
