KINDRED TEACHERS COLLECTIVE – A Celebration for Melbourne Teachers
Event description
KINDRED TEACHERS COLLECTIVE
Kindred Teachers Collective is a celebration for the kindred spirits who still love teaching. The ones who light up classrooms, crave connection, and want to meet other educators who spark joy, share ideas, and remind us why we started in the first place.
Join us for a one of a kind after hours event that’s all about you. Whether you’re a full-time legend or a casual superstar, this evening is our way of saying thank you. A thank you for showing up for your students, for making learning magical, and for being the heart of your school.
This isn’t your average PD or boring mixer. This is connection meets creativity, relaxation meets ridiculous fun. Come solo or bring your teacher besties!

Why Come?
Because we believe teachers deserve:
More community, not just colleagues
More joy, not just marking
More hugs, less hustle
Spots Are Limited
Why? Because too many people can feel overwhelming! This event is a small, intimate night to actually get to know people and share a wonderful night together.
Brought to you by MiniBOSS Incursions
At MiniBOSS, we’re on a mission to make learning fun, creative, and deeply human. But we also believe in investing just as much in teachers as we do in students.
We know the challenges! The burnout, the endless hoops, the lonely lunches outside the staffroom. That’s why we’re creating spaces like this, where teachers can reconnect with the magic of their work, feel part of something bigger, and be reminded that teaching truly is the best job on the planet.
This is just the beginning of building a community for educators who care deeply, laugh loudly, and lift each other up.
