Kinetic Sound Presents: DreamVibes 2.0 ft. LickThePaper

We’re stoked to welcome Dreamvibes back to tropical FNQ for another night of deep, driving psychedelic sounds — this time in the stunning surrounds of the Atherton Tablelands.

Set amongst the lush beauty of the Atherton Tablelands, Mount Uncle Distillery offers an incredible outdoor setting, a beautiful purpose-built stage, plenty of camping and great facilities, making it the perfect place to escape for a day and night of music, friends and good vibes.

And, of course, we’re bringing the sound system with us.

For this one, we’ll be installing our iconic Turbosound Floodlight system, delivering the huge, immersive sound that has become part of the experience. Expect deep bass, crisp detail and plenty of euphoria when the dancefloor gets moving. 🔥

🎶 DREAMVIBES

Known for his psychedelic, driving and energetic sound, Dreamvibes will be taking us on a journey through the night with a carefully crafted selection of psytrance designed for the dancefloor.

Whether you’ve been following Dreamvibes for years or you’re discovering the sound for the first time, this is one you’ll want to experience properly — surrounded by the Tablelands, under the stars and with a serious sound system reinforcing the music the way it was meant to be heard.

We are also super blessed to have Dreamvibes bringing his other project, Lick the Paper, along for the ride.

A deeper, bass-heavy and dub-infused side of his sound, LickThePaper will be bringing the low-end pressure and getting the dancefloor moving in a whole different way.

Two projects, one artist, and a whole lot of bass. 🤙

🌿 MAKE A DAY OF IT

Why not head out to the Tablelands early and make a whole day of it?

Before our event kicks off, Mount Uncle Distillery will be hosting their FREE Saturday Sessions from 2pm–5pm, with live music from Katie Richards.

Katie is a full-time musician with more than a decade of touring across Australia and New Zealand, bringing a mix of strong vocals, guitar and light percussion across a broad repertoire of covers and originals.

The distillery will be open from 10am–6pm, so you can arrive early, grab a drink, enjoy some live music and soak up the beautiful surroundings before the evening festivities begin.

Free entry to Saturday Sessions, with cheese boards and charcuterie available from the venue.

☕ FOOD & COFFEE

We’ve also got Maggie’s Food & Coffee joining us onsite from 2pm, keeping everyone fuelled throughout the day and into the evening.

Expect everything from pies, nibbles and hearty meals to Japanese-inspired options, along with cold foods, salads, sandwiches, cakes, cold drinks and, of course, delicious espresso coffee. ☕️

So there’s no need to rush home for food — come early, settle in and make a day of it.

⛺️ CAMPING

Camping is available onsite at Mount Uncle Distillery, with bookings available through Bruce on 0488 933 704.

This is the first time our community has been welcomed to this beautiful venue, and we really want to show them just how wonderful, respectful and considerate our community can be. 💚

Please be aware that you’ll be camping at a venue and, by doing so, you are a direct representation of Kinetic Sound and our community. We know you’ll all be incredible and courteous, but just as a reminder, you may be camping alongside members of the general public.

Please be respectful with music when returning to your campsite after the event finishes. If you’d like to be noisier or play music, please let Bruce know when booking so he can place you away from other campers and avoid disturbing anyone trying to rest.
