King George Classic 2026

November means one thing for the FSC Angling Section. It’s time to chase the King.

The King George Classic returns on Saturday 14 November, bringing anglers together for one of the Section’s favourite competitions of the year and a day dedicated to one of WA’s most prized catches, the King George whiting.

November has traditionally been prime King George time for the Club, so get the crew together, rig up and head out for a day on the water to see who can bring home the standout KG.

After fishing, it’s back to FSC for the all important weigh in, followed by presentations and a catch up on the Sunset Deck.

Entry

• Adults | $40 per person

• Juniors | $15 per person

Limited parking and boat launching is available at Fremantle Sailing Club for non members.
