King of the Rink

Welcome to the official registration page for Inline Hockey WA’s Drafted King of the Rink. This tournament strips away the regular game clock for a high-intensity, sudden-death format designed to test skaters and goalies across all skill levels in Western Australia.

Tournament Details

Date: Sunday, 25 October 2026

Time: 10:00 am start

Location: Speeddome, Midvale

Entry Fee: Skaters $35 | Goalies Free

Divisions

To ensure great matchups and maximum rink time, we are running two separate draft pools:

Competitive Division: Fast-paced and high-stakes. Designed for experienced, higher-level players looking for intense sudden-death hockey.

Casual Division: A relaxed, welcoming tier open to all players, including those who are completely new to inline hockey. Come down, meet the community, and have a run.

How It Works

The Draft: Register as an individual below and select your division. Team captains will draft their squads live from the registered player pool, ensuring evenly matched teams and fresh line combinations.

Golden Goal Format: Matches are played in ruthless 5-minute sudden-death rounds. The first team to score wins the round. If the buzzer sounds with no score, the round is recorded as a draw.

Secure Your Spot

Spots are strictly capped to ensure maximum game time across both divisions. With entry dropped to $35 and goalies playing for free, the creases and rosters will fill up immediately.

Fill out the required fields below to enter the draft pool and secure your place. The official draft date and captain announcements will be shared on the IHWA social channels prior to the tournament
