Guest Speaker - Shane Bond

Shane Bond is one of New Zealand’s most electrifying fast bowlers and a respected figure in international cricket. Renowned for his explosive pace, precision, and fierce competitiveness, Bond represented the Black Caps from 2001 to 2010, taking over 150 international wickets. Despite injuries limiting his playing career, his impact on the game was profound.

Following retirement, Bond transitioned seamlessly into coaching, serving as New Zealand’s bowling coach and later mentoring teams in the IPL and around the world. His insights into high performance, resilience, and leadership make him an inspiring voice both on and off the field.

Shane Bond continues to contribute to the development of cricket in New Zealand, exemplifying professionalism, humility, and a deep passion for the sport.
