Our speaker is Virginia Gratton is a business strategist, coach and Director of Kingdom Business, with a career built on turning vision into structure.

Originally from Gippsland, Victoria, Virginia spent years in accounting, where she managed four accounting firms and developed a sharp eye for the numbers and systems that make or break a business. In 2017, an accounting consulting engagement introduced her to Wez Hone. What began as running his finances grew into directing the Kingdom Business summits and ultimately leading the work of separating Kingdom Business into its own organisation. Today she holds oversight as its Director.

Virginia is also a founder in her own right. Alongside her dad and husband, she built a renovations and solar business that scaled quickly, and it grew enough to release her father from full-time work.

Her commitment to people extends well beyond the balance sheet. She has given extensively to the non-profit sector, including work with the AFL on youth homelessness.

Now based in Queensland, Virginia is moving fully into coaching and consulting. She helps business owners build the foundations that allow their vision, and their impact, to last.

IMPORTANT DRESS CODE:

As this is the Brisbane Club, we must adhere to the strict dress code, otherwise entry will be prohibited.

For Men: A jacket must be worn at all times. Collared button up shirts (tie optional), dress pants and dress shoes are required. 

For Women: Tailored dresses or blouses paired with trousers or skirts. Footwear may include open toe shoes or smart heels. Ensembles with structured jackets are optional.

General Note: Black, business style denim is acceptable, provided it is clean and free from rips, fades or embellishments.

Sports apparel, t-shirts, polo shirts, shorts, sneakers and similar casual wear are NOT acceptable attire.
