Event description

MID PACE HIKER - Event Leader - Amanda

Our "Mid-Pace Hikers" group strikes the perfect balance between fitness and enjoyment. These hikes are designed for those seeking a challenge without feeling rushed, offering plenty of opportunities to capture photos and appreciate the stunning natural surroundings. They’re ideal for hikers who want to improve their strength and endurance while connecting with like-minded individuals who value the outdoors and the benefits of regular, moderately paced exercise.

Pace: 10-13 minutes per kilometre.

If you're unsure whether this pace suits your fitness level, we recommend starting with our "Relaxed Hiker" hikes, which provide a great introduction to the group and allow you to build confidence at a gentler pace.

This is an absolutely lovely walk starting from Seawinds Gardens in Arthurs Seat State Park. We will be walking on the spectacular Two bays walking track. Kings Falls is a gorgeous circuit loop with gravel travels and beautiful fern gullies. There are inclines and steps.

We have meticulously mapped out this hike to give you the wow factor without going too crazy with the kilometres. You will also see some spectacular views across Port Phillip Bay. Fingers crossed for a clear, sunny morning! Oh and there is an abundance of wild life, including kangaroos within the park!
