Beginners Class ticket
Learn to play chess from some of the best players in WA ! Friendly for children of all ages. The class runs for a 4-week window, starting Tuesday, October 20th (week 2 of term 4) and ending week 6. It runs on Tuesdays from 6:00 - 6:30 PM. The first three weeks consist of basics, such as learning how the pieces move, explanations of rules and simple concepts about how to win games. Students will receive weekly homework to help them memorise the rules and stay focused. The last week consists of a series of fun tests and challenges for students. Upon completing the beginner’s class, students will be much better prepared (and more confident!) to play at the Kingsley Chess Club, which runs weekly on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. Pricing for the class consists of a one-time $50 payment on the first week, which covers all 4 weeks.
