The story follows Troy – a high school “jock” played by Patrick Boothey and Gabriella – the new “brainiac” at school played by Maree Tsotsos and Indiana Duncan. After they meet at a karaoke competition, they instantly form a connection. Encountering each other again at school, their relationship continues to blossom, and they surprise their community by auditioning together for the school play.

Themes of friendship, love and acceptance are encountered along their journey with many other iconic characters such as Sharpay, played by Elena Edwards-Short and Ryan, played by Brendan Black.

With an elaborate stage and lighting setup and a live band accompanying the actors in this show, this truly is an unmissable showcase of Kingswood College talent, so don’t miss out!
