KINSHIP
Event description
In celebration and support of Kelmarna Farm, Neighbourhood NZ presents “Kinship”.
Kinship is centered in providing an opportunity to connect with ourselves, our community and the earth. The afternoon encompasses 5 interactive workshops including yoga, life drawing, art, breath and mindfulness - all set in Kelmarna’s 4 acre garden surrounds. The centrepiece of the event is an interactive and educational dinner where we weave science and research into an intimate dining experience, exlporing themes such as soil health and the microbiome through a wholefood menu.
Each ticket grants 1 x ticketholder to all workshops and the dining experience.
Workshops include:
- Life drawing with Summer Knight
- Breathwork with Valeria Davis
- Artistic Abstraction with Anthony Zemke
- Yoga & Yoga Philosophy with Sarah Annelise
- Intentional 3-Course Dining Experience: Food as a cross-cultural, healing and social vessel with Kaya Sparke & Madeline Mason
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes to sit and move in (or a set of clothes to change into), a notebook and pen, warm layers.
Tickets are priced as a sliding scale, with the option to pay a higher price to donate more to Kelmarna’s kaupapa and support the artists and facilitators who are generously donating their time. Please donate what you can.
We are strongly committed to price accessibility so if you are in the position of sponsoring a ticket for an unwadged attendee or would like to apply for an unwadged ticket (limited quantity), please email us at contact@neighbourhoodnz.com.
