KiP online Home Cooked Goodness Holiday Session with OTAO Kitchen!
Event description
KiP is going online with our Home Cooked Goodness School Holiday
Program! Join us as we cook live with OTAO Cooking
School for those in need these school holidays.
It has continued to be a challenging time for our charity partners and we are looking forward to providing some food relief for Youth Projects.
COVID19 safety
If you have been feeling unwell, we ask that you please respect the welfare of the vulnerable people receiving the food and sit this one out. KiP will refund tickets due to illness.
Session details
Under the guidance of one of OTAO’s qualified chef’s, you will learn to cook a Japanese curry. You can choose whether you make the meat option OR the vegetarian version. Please make 2 quantities to be donated, and an additional volume for what you would like to eat! The 2 quantities to be donated can be both meat, both veg, or a mix. Yours can be whichever you like!
Participants will need to supply their own ingredients and equipment. The meals that you prepare to be donated will be collected (for those who live in and around inner city Melbourne) and delivered to Youth Projects.
These classes are designed so that you can have a fun, hands-on cooking experience while exploring the gift of giving homemade meals to those in need.
You will receive the link, recipe, and all other information 3 days before the session.
This event is suitable for families or confident children in the kitchen.
$25 per household (plus processing fee), to cover the cost of chef, food courier, and admin.
Places are limited so book in quick!
We look forward to seeing you there.
