Event description
Is baking your jam? Do you like rolling your sleeves up to help others? KiP will be cranking our baking skills, virtually, on Sunday 10 May as a Mother's Day special.
Come join KiP and help those in need by cooking some delicious homebaked treats for them to enjoy. The good people at Belgium Avenue Neighbourhood House (BANH) in Richmond will distribute these delicious baked treats to those who need it most.
The recipe we will make 3 cakes. Two to give away and one to enjoy with your special person on Mother's Day.
Please note - you do not have to give your extra cakes to BANH! You may know of people on your street who would enjoy it, or drop it to a relative. We encourage you to spread the love anyway you can.
$8 per family (plus processing fee). This can be done just by the children (if you trust them in the kitchen) or as a family activity.
The class will be streamed live - you will receive a Zoom link as well as a shopping list 3 days before the event.
