Kirkpatrick® Bronze Certification Program (Virtual)

The Kirkpatrick® Bronze Certification Program is your gateway to mastering The Kirkpatrick Model, the world’s leading evaluation methodology. Limited to a small group of participants, this program ensures you receive personalized attention and hands-on experience, enabling you to apply the methodology to real programs and maximize business impact.

Throughout the certification, you learn how to build a Blended Evaluation® Plan, with a clear understanding of what each level measures and how to connect them strategically. It also draws on case studies and real-world examples of companies that have used the model to strengthen decisions and justify investments in learning. A core pillar of the program is transfer to the workplace. You will see why training alone does not guarantee behavior change, and learn how to design initiatives that increase the likelihood of practical, day-to-day application. You leave with more than a certificate: a method, a repertoire and a set of tools to evaluate more effectively, allocate resources more intelligently and support decisions with evidence.

The program follows a blended format.

• You will have access to official Kirkpatrick Partners® content, with videos and readings on the international platform

• Having understood the content through these videos/content, you will participate in four live 2.5-hour sessions with hands-on application and case discussion

• You will have ready-to-use support materials and templates

• You will receive the Kirkpatrick Four Levels International Certificate® – Bronze Level upon successful submission of your plan

Schedule:

The program runs as 4 live online connects. Before and after each session, you'll watch short videos and read material so you arrive ready to practice rather than to learn content. The connects deliver value only if you complete the work in between, please plan your time accordingly.

Each session will be 2.5 hours and will start at 1:00pm IST/ 3:30 PM SGT.

There will be a calendar invite sent out post registration with your local timing in it.
