Kirkpatrick Community Cafe – Gold Level Certification Presentations

Join us on Thursday, May 23rd, at 4:00 p.m. (Victorian time) for a special Kirkpatrick Community Cafe as Julia Gregory, Suzanne Tamone, and Kerrie Batikas present their work for Kirkpatrick Gold Level Certification.

Their presentation will highlight how the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector tackled significant staffing shortages post-COVID. Tasked with building a strong pipeline of Trainee Educators, the Learning & Development team focused on growing the capacity and capability of Centre Directors—the Trainees’ hiring managers—to take on, support, and retain Trainees through to qualification completion. Using the New World Kirkpatrick Model, they designed and delivered a holistic training program that not only exceeded organizational expectations but also delivered lasting results.

The Kirkpatrick Gold Level Certification is a distinguished recognition for professionals who have successfully applied the Kirkpatrick Model to their programs, demonstrating measurable impact and excellence in training and development. This certification goes beyond individual organizations, showcasing how learning initiatives create meaningful change.

This is a great opportunity to hear firsthand about their journey, insights, and the real-world impact of their programs. Whether you are new to the Kirkpatrick Model or looking to deepen your understanding, this session promises to be both inspiring and informative.
