Would you like to experience a natural high? Join us for a cozy evening at the beautiful Wellness Studio Bondi for a heartwarming candlelit Kirtan - mantra meditation.

Mantra meditation significantly lowers cortisol and calms the body's fight-or-flight response, leading to a noticeable drop in anxiety and stress. Regular practice physically strengthens regions of the brain responsible for executive function and emotional balance. As a result, practitioners experience sharper focus on daily tasks alongside greater mood stability.

Blending traditional Sanskrit mantras with soul-stirring melodies, Bhakti Love Kirtan crafts a compassionate, uplifting space where you can drop from the mind into the heart. Whether sharing this ancient practice at yoga studios, retreat centers, festivals or community gatherings, Bhakti Love Kirtan views kirtan not as a performance, but as a shared practice of connection.

Everyone welcome to join - with no pressure to chant, you can simply listen & still receive the calming and uplifting benefits of this practice.

Complimentary snack & gift at the end.
