Come along for welcoming evening of kirtan mantra meditation followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner.
Kirtan is a simple and enjoyable form of meditation using mantra supported by live music. You simply sit back, relax and join in if you feel comfortable. A beautiful way to unwind from the week, calm the mind and experience a deeper inner happiness.
The evening will include:
Kirtan meditation with live music
Mantra breathwork
Delicious vegetarian dinner
New to kirtan?
You are welcome! No prior experience is needed and you can participate in the kirtan as much as you feel comfortable with.
