A bimonthly book club centred on Palestinian literary excellence, hosted by the Tasmanian Palestine Advocacy Network (TPAN)

When: 7pm, Tuesday 27 May 2025
Where: Nipaluna (address forwarded to registered participants)
Cost: Free, but books sourced at own cost
Run time: 1.5 hours
Capacity: 12 participants
Book selection: Rifqa by Mohammed El-Kurd
*We recommend that participants have finished at least 80% of the book by the meetup date in order to affectively engage in discussions. There is no rule on how you read the book (physical, e-book or audiobook are all acceptable forms of reading)
Additional info:
Rifqa is unavailable at the Tasmanian state library and as an audiobook. The book is available for purchase online and Fullers Bookshop has a number of copies on order.
