Know Your Forms: the Addenda Agenda - 3 Hours Contract Law- Feb 15, 2024 1PM - 4PM

This class will explore a number of the addenda and disclosures that are used most frequently and their impact when included in a residential purchase contract.

By registering for this class for credit, you are agreeing to adhere to the rules throughout the class.

1. Be Punctual.
Students arriving late will not qualify for credit.
Be back from breaks on time.

2. Be on screen.
Be upright at a desk or table as if in a LIVE classroom setting.
The instructor and monitor(s) must see you from the shoulders up and in FULL FACE VIEW with good lighting for ENTIRE class.
No virtual backgrounds that interfere with the above.
Make sure your full name is used on your zoom login.

3. Pay attention.
No driving, riding in a vehicle, doing laundry... be here and be present.
If you are on the phone, engaged in a conversation with someone, or doing other activities you may not get credit for the class.

4. Engage.
You must participate in all activities - chats, polls, reactions, breakout rooms, etc.

5. Be up to date.
Make sure you have the latest version of Zoom and understand how to use chat, mute and unmute, and reactions.


CE certificates will NOT be issued to anyone who does not comply with ALL course rules.
People who participate in the class for the material, and not the credit, may remain off camera. Please update your name to include "-no credit" after your name.
