APOC is a national not-for-profit community supporting multicultural and migrant professionals to grow, lead, and thrive in Australian workplaces.
Founded during the pandemic, APOC was created to address a gap many professionals experience quietly — feeling capable and committed, yet unseen, unheard, or unsure how to fully step into leadership while staying true to who they are.
We believe leadership is stronger when it reflects lived experience, cultural identity, and diverse perspectives.
