Kōanga Community Open Home

Kōanga is the rather stunning, shimming yellow brick building on the corner of Oakley Avenue and Great North Road in Waterview.  It is a boutique building, which will be available for rent (*note NOT for sale, sorry to disappoint) very soon.  Interested?  Then please drop rental guru Des Ryder ( 027 422 2334 / des.ryder@raywhite.com) and Stan Cheung (022 655 7825) a line.

Judging by the interest we've had in the building already, we think these apartments will be in hot demand.  We will be prioritising car-free tenants who are keen to take advantage of public transport routes. Kōanga also has a pretty amazing dedicated bicycle room (yup, we love bikes).

If you're keen to come and have a look, we're having a Community Open Home on 15th June from 10am - 12pm.  Several apartments will be opened up for a good, old-fashioned poke around and some refreshments to keep you going while you explore.
