Content
This workshop is aimed at people who already have some experience with woodworking machines. Also, Koitoya evening class students who are becoming more ambitious with their projects would be well suited to this course.
Some of thiese unique contents are very hard to get anywhere else. Especially, jointer out feed setting is so important but somehow missed in many professional education.
Professional woodworkers will even appreciate some of these knowledge.
It is even better for the beginers to have deep understanding in these machines.
Things that will be covered:
Panel/Table saw work (advanced)
ripping skill
sheet cutting
groove cutting
rebate cutting
changing the blade
adjusting the rotation speed
etc
Jointer setting
adjusting and setting the out-feed bed.
Thicknesser work.
feeding roller, pressure bar, chipbreaker setting
The workshop will follow a basic format of lecture, demonstration and a little hands-on experience.
You will gain the following from signing up
An ability to use the machines more to their full capabilities
A confidence to be make your more advanced projects.
An improved understanding of the machines to analysis when they are not producing a result as expected.

Parking
Please park your car in the public parking area along Maryborough Street (Free), opposite from J Racing.
We have two parking spots officially. Please contact me for the spot if you need to walk less for your health condition.
Way to the workshop
18 Maryborough Street is a battle-axe block, located inside of the block, so you will be walking through the driveway that leads to the block from Maryborough Street.
The driveway has 2 access points, one next to Aqua Safe Water Filters, and one next to J Racing.
Unit 4 is a blue colourbond building on the right-hand side of the block.
Things to bring
Please wear working shoes.
Bring your own water bottle.
