Join us for an inspiring five-night pop-up restaurant experience in central Wellington, hosted by Pollen Group! This unique event, taking place in late January to early February 2025, is dedicated to celebrating sustainable eating and community engagement.
At our pop-up, you'll enjoy delicious meals crafted from rescued food that would otherwise go to landfill, as well as fresh, wild-caught ingredients sourced from local providers. Each dish will showcase the beauty of using every part of food, minimising waste, and honouring the traditions of tīkanga Māori.
Throughout the event, you'll hear from guest speakers who are leaders in the sustainability and food sectors, sharing their insights on how we can all contribute to a healthier planet.
