Who can attend this event?

All current KPU students who are enrolled in Fall classes. Staff and Faculty are welcome to join this event too, but due to limited capacity, students will be prioritized.

What should I do after I register?

This reservation secures your spot for the event. Please keep an email confirmation for the check-in station on the event day. Please ensure you arrive on time, as we cannot guarantee entrance to late comers.

How do I find out about any further updates related to the event?

A final email with details on event will be sent to the mail that you used during the registration 2 days prior to the event date.

What do I need to check-in to the event?

Please bring your non-expired KPU Photo Student ID and an email confirmation of registration.

Registration/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Tickets/Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable at any time.
Each student can only get 1 registration. Any duplicated will be automatically cancelled.

Alcohol/Drug Policy:

Zero Tolerance. Access will be denied to anyone who is found to be under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances or tries to bring in restricted substances to the event. Security bag check will be conducted on the day of the event.
