Celebrate 10 years of community, connection, and growth with KPWA! This milestone day includes two separate events—a full-day conference at KPMG and an evening celebration at Arcadian Studio. Join us for one or both!

Wellness & Safe Space Room: We are pleased to offer a private room on-site that participants may use as a safe space—for prayer, quiet reflection, breastfeeding, or other personal needs. Please note that while this room is available for individual use, child care will not be provided or arranged by KPWA during the conference. Use of this space is at the discretion of participants, and KPWA assumes no responsibility or liability for its use.

Join us for an inspiring, hands-on conference covering diverse topics like leadership, relationship-building, financial literacy and navigating working motherhood! Hear from dynamic speakers representing Meta, Microsoft, KPMG, the University of Toronto, and more. Expect a day filled with learning, growth, and meaningful connections.

Workshops & Breakout Sessions
In addition to our inspiring fireside chats and thought-provoking panel discussions, this year’s conference will also include breakout sessions where participants can connect in smaller, more intimate settings. In the morning, participants can choose from sessions on empowering BIPOC leaders, navigating working motherhood, and a special Korean-language session on career transitions for immigrant women—sharing real stories of forging new paths beyond traditional tracks.

In the afternoon, we prepared breakout sessions to shift focus to building financial literacy, developing startup ideas from scratch, and a bilingual (Korean & English) session offering fast-track mentorship and resume feedback to help attendees take the next step in their professional journeys.

Ticket Price for Conference (Lunch included): $50 for non-members, $40 for members
