Preparation
No prior experience is needed. All you need is an openness to receive and the willingness to surrender. You’ll lie down and relax, embarking on a journey of self-discovery. May you heal, learn, and grow to feel empowered and inspired to create a life full of expression, joy, and happiness.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for a 7PM start
Doors will be closed strictly at 7PM
Wear comfortable clothing and socks
Avoid eating immediately before the session
Avoid alcohol and stimulants (e.g., coffee) prior to the class
Set an intention for your journey!
