What is Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini energy is our dormant life force, a vital energy that rests at the base of the spine. It is the source of our inner power, clarity, and creativity. However, as we move through life, stress, trauma and limiting patterns can block this natural flow, leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected or depleted.

Kundalini Activation is an energy transmission that gently activates the awakening of this energy. During a session, the energy begins to move naturally through the body, releasing blockages and creating space for healing, deep relaxation, and clarity. This process helps you reconnect with your true essence. No effort is needed: simply lie down, surrender, and allow the energy to flow.

What to Expect

Each session is unique, from deep rest to Kundalini dance. You may experience:

Rest & relaxation
Emotional release (tears, laughter, or sound)
Body sensations (tingling, warmth, coolness, goosebump, spontaneous movement releasing stagnant energy)
Inner visions or guidance
States of bliss and deep connection

Whatever arises is perfect for you in the moment.

Preparation

Wear comfortable clothes (bring warm socks, you might feel cooler as the energy moves)
Eat light beforehand (avoid alcohol and heavy food)
Mats, blankets will be provided

No prior experience is required. Come with no expectation, juse a willingness to surrender, an open mind and an open heart ♡

About Your Facilitator

I’m a certified Kundalini Revive Facilitator, trained in Intuitive Sound Healing and ThetaHealing, with a heart-led approach to create safe, compassionate spaces for transformation and reconnection. My own Kundalini journey began in 2019 and it completely reshaped how I experience life, guiding me into deeper alignment, presence and trust in the body’s natural intelligence.

In the sessions, I weave together energy transmission, intuitive sound and subtle guidance to support the release of what no longer serves, helping you reconnect with your true essence, inner peace and joy in everyday life.
