Join us for a deeply relaxing Kundalini Energy Healing session combining energy transmission, meditation, gentle breathwork and sound healing — designed to help you release stress, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.

THE INVITATION

In the rush of modern life, it is easy to become disconnected from your true essence. We carry the weight of the demands of daily life — the endless to-do lists, the emotional residues of the day, and the subtle feeling of being exhausted, stressed, or stuck.

This is your invitation to put that weight down - in a sacred space where you can simply be fully yourself, with nothing expected of you. Just lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive..

KUNDALINI AWAKENING is a powerful process that activates your Kundalini energy - your life force, the healing power within you. This energy is not only the source of your inner power but also a bridge to the divine source of wisdom and inspiration, opening the path to your spiritual awakening. 🌿

But most people who join me on Monday nights aren’t coming for spiritual awakening. Not at first.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

Do you feel:

✨ Overwhelmed or Stressed? Shed the weight of the mental load and the constant pressure of daily life.

✨ Depleted? Experience a profound nervous system reset and cellular rest that regular sleep cannot provide.

✨ Longing for Connection & Inner Peace? Quiet the external world to hear your own intuition and reclaim your inner peace.

✨ Stuck? Break through the plateaus in your personal or professional growth by shifting stagnant energy.

✨ Curious to Experience the Extraordinary? Step beyond the familiar and explore the power of your own life-force energy.

THE EXPERIENCE

My clients come because they need a reset. They seek a welcoming, safe and nurturing space where they can turn inward - a place to allow their body and mind to release tension, deep blockages and old traumas, shedding limiting beliefs, and allow any emotion to come to the surface. In this space, they find deep relaxation, clarity and inner peace that the modern world often drowns out.

They keep coming back because they feel the shift afterward:

💛 Lighter and clearer in mind and body.

💛 More connected to themselves and their intuition.

💛 At peace in a way they haven’t felt in years.

💛 Aligned with what really matters.

And when you’re truly ready to surrender — magical experiences occur:

💫You may feel oneness with the universe.

💫You may receive powerful insights or visions of your future.

💫You may get guidance from your higher self, ancestors or spirit guides.

💫You may be shown glimpses of your past lives.

💫You may feel your heart opening like never before.

All of this is possible and available to you. But there’s no pressure. No goal.

My invitation is simple: Come with an open heart and mind, giving yourself permission to fully surrender and receive. Trust that whatever unfolds — during and after the session — will be exactly what you need, a gentle step toward healing, peace, and your highest good. 💫

WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID

"I’ll admit I was skeptical and a bit nervous about what ‘energy work’ would feel like. But the moment I laid down, Gabriela’s space felt incredibly safe. I walked in with a crushing mental load and walked out feeling like I’d had years of therapy and a month of sleep in 90 minutes. My productivity and clarity the next day were through the roof." — Sarah J.

"I've never had such a profound emotional healing experience and spiritual connection to the universe. I'm so blessed that my journey took me here to Gabriela." — Ayako T.

"I had been carrying a heavy sense of ‘stuckness’ for months that no amount of talk therapy could shift. During Gabriela’s session, I felt a physical weight lift off my chest. I cried, I laughed, and I finally felt like ME again. If you feel like you’re carrying the world on your shoulders, please do this for yourself." — Michael R.

"I was worried I wouldn't 'know how to do it,' but Gabriela explained everything so beautifully. There is no judgment in this circle—just pure love and support. I’ve gone from feeling disconnected from my body to feeling deeply in tune with my intuition. It’s the best investment I’ve made in my personal growth this year." — Chloe W.

"The difference it has made to my life and business has been outstanding. I am no longer living in fear or living in the past and my self-confidence has grown ten-fold. In fact, Gabriela has been so beneficial to my personal development that I’ve been seeing her for private sessions." - Stewart W.

WHAT TO EXPECT

7:30pm – Opening meditation and sacred sharing circle

7:45pm – Kundalini Awakening healing journey

8:45pm – Grounding meditation and closing circle

9:00pm – Tea, snacks and time for community and connection (optional)

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, safe, and nurturing space. We'll begin with gentle intention-setting preparing you for the main experience — a lying-down meditation accompanied by a sound healing journey carefully designed to support emotional, mental, and energetic release.

In this deep meditative state, you may experience a dance of emotions, sensations, spontaneous body movements, visuals, and insights that help release blockages in your body and energy field.

Each session is unique — no two experiences are ever the same, and each one provides exactly what your body and mind need in that moment.

After the session you are invited to stay for tea, snacks and conversation to connect with others in the group if you choose.

No experience is needed. This practice meets you where you are.💫

WHAT TO BRING

We’ll provide everything you need — mats, blankets, cushions, and eye masks but feel free to bring anything with you that makes you feel cozy. Wear something comfortable, and have a light meal and plenty of water beforehand to support your energy flow.

MEET YOUR GUIDE: GABRIELA MACHOVA

Kundalini Energy & Angelic Reiki Master | Family Constellations Facilitator

My spiritual journey deepened in 2015, after burnout from my corporate job and a life-threatening experience led me to explore a wide range of healing modalities. When I first experienced Kundalini energy, I felt a deep sense of peace that changed everything. It became a turning point that initiated transformation in every area of my life. The shifts were so powerful, I knew I had found something extraordinary. Inspired by this experience, I dived deep into this practise and trained extensively.

For over 3 years, I've been holding space for others on their healing journeys, creating a safe space where people can find healing and reconnect with their own inner guidance and wisdom.

"I feel deeply honoured to guide and empower others on their healing and awakening journey - this is my true passion and calling.” 💞"
