Kundalini (Movement & Release Meditation) & Live Handpan Journey
Description
Begin your day with an uplifting 90-minute experience designed to help you move, release tension and settle into a deeper sense of ease.
Kundalini Meditation & Live Handpan Journey combines a one-hour guided active meditation with the soothing sounds of a live handpan journey.
Rather than beginning with stillness, this meditation incorporates gentle movement and other guided stages before gradually becoming quieter and more meditative. It offers an opportunity to shake off accumulated tension, become more present in the body and transition naturally towards stillness.
No previous meditation experience is needed. Every stage will be clearly guided, making the experience suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced meditators.
After the meditation, settle down comfortably for a live handpan sound journey. Let the sublime, resonant sounds of the handpan wash over you, creating a peaceful space to rest, integrate the meditation and simply enjoy being still.
No meditation experience is required. Everyone is welcome.

About the facilitator
Our facilitator, Manasi, is an Ayurveda and Reiki practitioner with a deep appreciation for meditation, holistic wellbeing and the beautiful resonance of the handpan.
She especially enjoys playing the handpan and sharing its calming, meditative sounds with others. In these sessions, she brings together guided meditation and live handpan music to create a warm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect and simply be.
